Figures of Speech in Everyday Sentences?

I have been given English homework. For it, I have been asked to use figures of speech in everyday sentences and record the ones that I have spoken. I can't think of any to say for alliteration, personification and euphemism. Any help? And remember, I have to speak these to my friends and family, so nothing too ridiculous!
