Should I ask her again?

So me and this girl I met a few weeks ago that I really like skype almost all the time and she usually texts me first and she tells me her secrets and stuff and I have a good feeling she likes me back, agreed to Hang out earlier this week and she brought up that shee wants to go to six flags with me, so the morning of us supposed to hang out she texts me that she had a medical emergency (i didn't believe her but I found out it was a legit emergency and she wasent BSing me) so. I told her it was alright and asked her if she was alright and she said yea and that I should just tell her when she wants to hang out again. I didn't want to annoy her as I had the feeling she didn't want to go in the first place...but last night the day before she was supposed to go through secondary surgery (postponed) I texted her saying good luck, she was really happy I remembered and found out later that evening it had to be postponed Which I found out was also legit. She then asked me to skype and whenever we do she smiles and laughs and stuff but my parents told me to go off so I had to, and neither of us texted each other until like 2 hrs ago she texted me with a hey whats up? And we texted for a bit and it ended with my text (nothing bad that could have made her angry) did she stop texting because she expected me to ask her again to hang out? Like I don't want to annoy her at all. What should do, should I ask her to skype in a few days and then ask her if she wants to hang out or let her make the move. I orgiginally asked her to hang out and she just picked six flags
