Why does B. Hussein Obama use the euphemism "womens health" when referring to abortion rights?

That's funny. You are trying to paint the president as an Islamic extremist by using "Hussein" but failing to realize that if he was, then he would be against abortion in the first place. In addition, "women's health" includes abortion. If you don't think so, then you need to do a lot more research on why abortions occur in the first place. Not all abortions are done as forms of birth control.
