Humira.......can I postpone for traveling reasons?

I am traveling overseas on the 1st of July. I will be back on the 20th. Those who know about humira know that we take it once every two weeks. I would really hate to take an ice cooler with me and one pen injection all the way overseas, and I heard it can be a headache. So, I am due to take my pen tomorrow. Should I just postpone it until I start to feel uncomfortable or how should I do it to avoid traveling with one.
