Got scan tomorrow need answers xxx?

I have a ovary scan tomorrow because I havnt had a period in 6 months and today of all days I get brown spotting!! So I think I'm gonna be on my period tomorrow do u thin. This will effect my scan I have web waiting ages fr this oppointment and don't want to postpone thanks x
